2 2 Story Garages, 2 Story Barns, 2 Story BuildingsStory Buildings & 2 Story Garages give you Twice the Building for a fraction of the price.  2 Story Garages are delivered and Set-up in the Lower 48 States of America.  2 Story Garages are available with or without a Floor.  You get the choice of an A-frame or Barn Roof. Double Wide 2 Story Buildings come with 2-9x7 Insulated Garage Doors, 8 Large 2'x3' Windows and a 9-Lite Door.  A 40 Year Metal Roof is standard on all 2 Story Buildings.  2 Story Buildings come painted in your choice of 15 different paint colors.  2 Story Buildings are custom built with the windows and doors placed in your desired location.

I am purchasing a newer modular home on 3 acres. I will need a 2 car garage/shop with a second story. I find your products very intriguing as I have only looked into stick bldgs. I'm curious how your pricing would compare just for the structure. I realize the lot/site itself may have many variables. Thanks

Congratulations on your purchase. I am not sure what size you are looking for but a very popular size on a 2 Story Double Garage is a 24x24 and the price is $15,800. This is what it comes with standard:
