With each 2 Story Garage you get to select between several options for the same price such as a staircase or a pull down ladder going up to the 2nd level, a reinforced floor or without a floor, A-Frame or Barn Roof, Window and Door Layout, Wooden Paint Color, Wood Trim Color, Metal Roof Color and if you want your 9-Lite Door to Swing in or Swing Out.

Their are also many other options for an additional cost such as an insulated floor, insulated roof, extra windows, front overhang, vinyl siding and board & batten siding.
