Alan's Factory Outlet Amish built vinyl gazebo kits are delivered in all the lower 48 states in the USA.  The gazebo kits are all precut with the hardware and instructions included for an easy assembly.  They are made in octagon and oval wood gazebo kits and vinyl gazebo kits.  The vinyl gazebo in this photo is shown with 2 options, removable screens and a double roof.

Vinyl gazebo kits are delivered on a wood crate with all of the sections individually wrapped together.  The screws provided in the DIY vinyl gazebo kit are stainless steel.  A vented cupola is also provided to put that finishing touch on the vinyl gazebo kit.  One new construction spec that we've made standard on the vinyl gazebo kits are a tongue and groove cedar ceiling under the roof.  Before making the cedar roof free on the vinyl gazebos we used 1/2" plywood which required staining for over several years it would weather if left unstained and this kind of defeats the whole reason to get a vinyl gazebo over the wood gazebo so you don't have to stain it.  So far we have not increased the prices yet due to using a more expensive material in an attempt to provide you with even more value on the vinyl gazebo kits. 

One other main difference on the vinyl gazebo kits is that the flooring is made with a composite Rhino decking which has a 20 year warranty.  This gives you a vinyl gazebo that will provide many years of enjoyment without all of the work to keep it looking sharp.
