Many Uses for a Modular Garage

If your home is lacking in space to accommodate company, you can transform a pre-built garage into a spare room. By investing in electrical work, insulation, and a few pieces of necessary furniture, your modular garage could be a family- and guest- friendly space. Amish-built garage buildings can also serve as themed rooms. For example, you might use one of our premade garages to showcase memorabilia for your favorite sports team.

You can make prefabricated garages into great work spaces for projects by installing industrial cabinets and countertops, into laundry rooms by installing some plumbing, or even into gyms or offices by moving in the right furniture. By installing ceiling-to-floor and wall-to-wall storage cabinets, you can make the most out of the storage area in your Amish garage. Builders can fully outfit prebuilt garages with different ceilings, flooring, walls, and cabinets to match your tastes. Choosing favorite pieces from a certain period of time can even give prefab garages that vintage look so many people are fond of.

Customization Options for Amish Prefab Garages

Our standard single-wide, single-story Amish-built prefab garages, two-car prefabricated garages, and prefabricated two-story garages are available in many different sizes and styles. Our two-car buildings are double-wide prefabricated garages, and they can be made in wood, vinyl, board batten, and cedar. And our two-story garages come in single-wide wood, vinyl, board batten, and cedar. For easier transportation, the two-level prefabricated garages have a hinged roof that is raised and bolted together in three to five hours on site. Your new Amish-built garage will be ready to use in no time!

You’ll have several flooring types to choose from when you buy prefab garage kits from Alan’s Factory Outlet, including tiles and linoleum. The two-car garage in this picture was built with a floor and optional ramps. If you don’t want flooring, we can build prefabricated detached garages that don’t have floors.

Each of our modular garages is custom-built for you, so you get to choose the location for the windows and doors as well as the colors for the roof and sides.
